Hot yoga studio offering hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga classes. Traditional Hot 60 Yoga is a series of traditional hatha yoga poses and breathing exercises, suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Each posture stretches, strengthens and prepares specific muscles, ligaments, and joints needed for the next posture. Vinyasa yoga delivers alignment of breath and movement to create a dynamic, flowing form of yoga. Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time.
